Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Personal Free includes 3 projects and unlimited time entries, clients and invoices. Organization Free includes 1 organization, 5 seats, 3 projects, and 3 teams. No credit card, no time limit.
How does Organization Team pricing work?
Team is $18.99 per organization per month, which includes 5 seats — the owner counts as one of them. Each additional seat is $9.99 per month. A team of seven, for example, is $18.99 plus two extra seats at $9.99 each, or $38.97 per month. Every organization is billed separately.
What is the difference between Personal and Organization plans?
Personal plans cover solo work: private projects, clients, and invoicing for freelancers. Organization plans add seats for your team, role-based permissions, and timesheet approvals with pay period locking. One account can use both side by side.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Not yet. Plans are priced monthly, and yearly billing is on the roadmap.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Team?
Open Subscriptions in the app and click Upgrade — payment is handled securely by Stripe, and your plan activates moments after checkout. Your data carries over as-is.
What happens if I hit a free plan limit?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your hours and invoices stay intact, and you cannot create more projects or teams than the plan allows until you upgrade or delete one — archived ones still count toward the limit. If a paid plan ends, projects and teams beyond the free limit are archived automatically with all their data; upgrading again lets you restore them instantly.
